Contemporary PAINTING

   I am a contemporary artist based on the North Shore in Auckland.  I have painted all my life and professionally since 2022.

 Inspired by particular compositions and light, I love to use brushwork to create contrasting visual textures. I have painted many different subjects over the years but landscapes remain my favourite.  My latest obsession is lone houses set in dramatic contemporary landscapes.  

 I value the impact art can have on your mood and frame of mind, and I enjoy creating work that offers solace and strength through visual expression.  Every piece I paint is with the intent to create this experience.
